Hi! My name is Andy Oranen. As cliche as it sounds, I’m not a typical HR leader.
My background is in Executive Human Resources and Organizational Development Professional, but really, I’m a data-driven, hands-on doer and communicator who has led strategic HR and OD direction for companies around the world.
With over 15 years of experience in senior HR management and talent acquisition roles, partnering with companies that range in size from 5 employees to 10,000 employees, I specialize in partnering with organizations to develop teams and organizational strategies to align people with companies’ vision, mission, values and goals.
I have successfully led and implemented various HR initiatives and projects with teams and organizations that include compliance, organizational health and culture, compensation and benefits, HR data tools, data driven metrics, performance management, talent acquisition, communication strategies and processes, and talent mapping and development.
My background consists of working as an executive HR Officer and partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational development and change management, enhancing the company's culture, efficiency, and growth.
My goal is to empower and enable employees to thrive and deliver excellence in their roles, while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. All of this is done through intentional communication and creating leaderful cultures.
